Summary

Join us March 24–26, 2026, for three days of uncovering your New York ancestors. With the NYG&B headquarters as home base, you will be steps away from our statewide collections at the New York Public Library (NYPL). To guide your search, participants will receive a personal, one-on-one consultation with a New York expert genealogist at our offices, helping to uncover the right collections and hone research techniques. The program will also include topical lectures throughout the three days as well as social events.

Waiver Statement:

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing before 5 January 2026. Refunds will incur a $100 service fee. No refunds will be given within 60 days of the first day of the research tour and partial refunds will not be given if the registrant does not complete the event. Registrations are not transferable or shareable in any manner.

Photographs and video recordings will be taken throughout the event. All tour participants agree to allow the use of those materials in all published and unpublished mediums.
