Waiver Statement:

Requests for registration cancellations must be received in writing before 15 June 2025. Refunds will incur a $250 service fee. No refunds will be given within 45 days of the first day of the tour. Registrations are not transferable or shareable in any manner.

Photographs and video recordings will be taken throughout the event. All conference participants agree to allow the use of those materials in all published and unpublished mediums.
